About This Service
An on-site crusher turns waste concrete, broken slabs and brick rubble into usable Type 1 / 6F5 grade aggregate without leaving site. Drop the muck in one end and recycled sub-base comes out the other. Saves haulage cost both ways — no muck-away wagons, no aggregate delivery — and on a big demolition that's serious money.
We bring jaw crushers for primary work on big lumps and impact crushers when you need finer fines. Operator-only — these are heavy industrial units that need a certified driver. Tracked machines so they walk around the site to wherever the spoil pile lives.
Daily and weekly hire. Larger projects (demolition cleanouts, motorway widening offcuts) get the crusher for the full duration of the dig. Smaller domestic-spec jobs aren't the target market — for a single load of driveway hardcore, our muck-away wagons make more sense.
Site prep is straightforward: a level hardstanding for the crusher, a water supply for dust suppression, and a clear approach for feeding the hopper. Output stockpile space sized to the throughput.
